ACRE announces the acquisition of Dublin-based TDS

ACRE, a global provider of security systems, has recently announced the acquisition of Dublin-based Time Data Security (TDS). The purchase will enhance ACRE’s strategic expansion plans for strengthening its product portfolio and presence in the UK, Europe and North America. 

TDS provides cloud-based workspace solutions that will complement the existing ACRE portfolio including the Vanderbilt, RS2 and Open Options brands. Founded by Frank Hart in 1990, TDS has developed a portfolio of products including cloud-based visitor management, life safety and access control applications.

Frank Hart and Sean Murphy will remain with TDS.
