Fire safety and security specialist, Amthal Group has continued its growth plan, with ten new appointments to the team since the start of 2024.
With five new roles spanning key areas across Amthal Fire & Security and IPL, including operations, coordination, design and customer success.
Five further accepted offers of employment look to increase available Service Engineers, enhance sales support and manage partners across the UK.
“There is a positive outlook for the electronic security market and fire safety industries in 2024 with exciting new technology to integrate and present to end users,” said Jamie Allam, CEO, Amthal.
“To ensure we can maximise the opportunities and remain proactive for our customers, we continue to steer the Amthal Group on an ambitious growth plan.
“This is both through acquisition, and organic growth to further expand our geographical expansion along with adding to our existing services within the fire and security sectors.
“To maintain our pledge to deliver customer excellence, we are thrilled to have already had ten confirmations of employment, with our new starters already making a significant impact on our team.”
Amthal says it is also committed to its apprenticeship programme to develop the workforce and bring forward the next generation of talent in security and fire safety.
“Apprentices have been at the core of the Amthal strategy since we established as a company,” added Allam.
“It’s how most of the directors and senior management team started their careers and is something to which we are committed.
“We ensure apprentices have the opportunity to work with our senior team in a structured career progression path and form an essential part of our product and service development.
“The strong start to the year and new appointments reflect Amthal’s ongoing commitment to growth, innovation and delivering exceptional service to its clients.
“With a dedicated team of professionals and a focus on excellence, we look forward to building on our success, continuing to welcome new roles to Amthal and further strengthening our position in the fire and security industry.”
