Amthal successfully acquires Serv Group Fire & Security Assets

Amthal Group Companies has reportedly completed the acquisition of the fire and security assets of Serv Group, strengthening its capability to deliver high-quality total protection services across the UK.

The acquisition is said to bring together the expertise and resources of Serv Group with Amthal’s established operations.

Existing services, including remote monitoring where applicable, will reportedly continue without interruption and the Serv team will remain in place to support clients during the transition and beyond.
