Skills for Security has launched a new website designed to make high-quality training more accessible for apprentices and employers alike.
The organisation has reportedly built an online presence from the ground up as a direct response to learner and employer requirements: Faster access to training, simpler course booking and up-to-date resources to navigate a changing industry.
The new website, according to Skills for Security, is said to be interactive with a mobile-responsive design and simplified navigation putting users first.
Furthermore, apprentices are said to be able to explore training routes, view various programmes and receive support in the beginning or process of their careers.
Mollie Evans, Marketing and Sponsorship Manager, Skills for Security said: “This isn’t just a new website – it’s part of a wider commitment to remove barriers and make skills development more inclusive, responsive and relevant.
“Whether you’re an individual just starting out, a business looking to invest in talent or a partner supporting training across the sector, we’ve created a platform that works harder for you.”
Employers reportedly can quickly access information on apprenticeships, short courses, funding options and workforce development tools.
The site is said to also feature an expanded content hub offering industry insights, news and practical guidance – designed to keep Skills for Security’s growing community informed and connected.
The digital refresh reportedly comes as Skills for Security continues to scale its training offer nationwide.
With regional training centres, partnerships across the UK and a sharp focus on raising industry standards, the organisation is said to play a central role in addressing the talent pipeline challenges faced by the fire and security industry.
Mollie added: “This launch marks another important milestone in our mission to raise standards and help the sector grow.
“We’ve listened to our learners, employers and partners and designed a platform that’s not only easier to use but one that reflects the professionalism and ambition of the industry itself.
“I’d encourage visitors to explore the site, find what they need and take that next step – whether it’s booking a course, hiring an apprentice or finding out how to get involved.”
