The ASG Security team at St John’s Shopping Centre in Leeds has scooped up the BACIL Awards (Business Against Crime In Leeds) for Best Daytime Security Team.

ASG, based in Leyland, Lancashire, provide quality security and commercial cleaning services to commercial and public sector organisations across the UK.

The business is renowned for its careful management and development of people and a personal, focused approach with client partners, which has nurtured an innate efficiency within ASG.

Consistently going above and beyond client expectations and embracing innovative technology to improve efficiency and minimise environmental impact has helped ASG provide the highest levels of service across the UK.

This high level of service and dedication was recently recognised at the prestigious BACIL awards.

The awards are part of the BACIL initiative which constitutes 420 members across Leeds City Centre, from both the day and night-time economy.

They work in partnership with Leeds City Council, West Yorkshire Police, Safer Leeds, and other bodies across the city to actively reduce crime and antisocial behaviour.

Working together and sharing information has significantly reduced crime, creating a safer city centre for businesses and the general public.

The awards recognise the businesses and institutions that go above and beyond to keep the city centre a safer place to live, work, and play.
