B4 Secure - Investigative service

Threat Monitoring and Intelligence services provider, B4 Secure, has announced the launch of an investigative service to help businesses address the growing threats of financial frauds and meet new regulatory requirements around fraud prevention.

With the surge in reported fraud cases, which has now become the highest reported crime in the UK, along with the launch of the ‘Failure to Prevent Fraud Offence’ legislation by the government, B4 Secure has proactively expanded its services and team.

The company says the move is a strategic response to meet the evolving needs of clients and the increasing market demand for comprehensive investigative solutions.

The cornerstone of this expansion is the welcoming of four distinguished professionals — Ian (Jake) Jacobson, Kevin Pellow, Jerry Millman and Andrew James — into B4 Secure’s intelligence and analysis team.

With expertise spanning Cryptocurrency, Money Laundering and Serious Crime, these investigators enhance B4 Secure’s capabilities to effectively combat multifaceted fraud challenges.

“We are pleased to welcome Andy, Kevin, Jerry and Ian to the B4 Secure family and are confident that their breadth of expertise will significantly contribute to our mission of ensuring secure and resilient environment for our clients’ businesses,” said Julie Nel, Founder and CEO, B4 Secure.

“Andy brings in exceptional leadership skills having led many serious crime investigations. Ian has a background in complex financial crime investigations and Jerry’s expertise lies in supporting international corporations with fraud investigations.

“Lastly, Kevin’s experience as a Disclosure Officer and Specialist Interviewer ensures our team has expertise in every aspect of fraud investigations.”

The Investigative Service not only aims to fortify B4 Secure’s ability to respond to existing threats, but also proactively prevent potential risks.

It focuses on a holistic approach that includes early detection, meticulous analysis and strategic prevention, ultimately safeguarding businesses against substantial losses and reputational damage.
