barox Kommunikation AG has revealed that it has strengthened its longstanding collaboration with Milestone Systems.
This partnership is now prominently showcased at the Milestone Demonstration Centre, located at Milestone UK’s headquarters in Reading.
The company highlights that this integration spans Milestone’s XProtect Smart Client and Management Client and has been instrumental in numerous high-security and critical national infrastructure projects worldwide.
By simplifying network management, the barox integration empowers installers and operators to efficiently oversee their security networks and benefit from a reduction in engineering support costs that the integrated solution provides.
According to the company, with Smart-barox and Milestone XProtect, end-users always have sight of which cameras or devices are connected and operational, as well being notified of any system problems, such as a potentially problematic increase in PoE current draw.
Sarah Moss, Sales Manager (UK and EIRE), barox explained: “The seamless integration of two industry-leading security manufacturers offers a compelling advantage for integration partners bidding on projects.
“It ensures a streamlined experience for end-users across diverse applications, all managed through a single pane of glass,” she added.
At the Milestone Demonstration Centre, visitors can experience first-hand the power of Smart-barox and Milestone XProtect.
The company says that this includes:
barox’s license-free DMS capability integrated within XProtect offers diagnostics, significantly reducing support costs, health and safety risks, and engineering site visits.
This ensures a substantial return on investment while enhancing overall system reliability, the company added.
Martin McGrath, Sales Manager (UK and Ireland), Milestone Systems commented: “The Milestone Demonstration Centre exemplifies how barox and Milestone are reshaping security solutions and empowering stakeholders with innovative technology that sets new standards in efficiency and performance.
“We are thrilled to showcase this joint capability at our UK headquarters. Installers, integrators and potential end-users of Milestone Systems can now experience first-hand the immense power of this technical collaboration.
“It’s a game changer, demonstrating the real-world benefits of integrating two of the leading security manufacturer brands,” McGrath concluded.
