Evolution – the integrated fire and security systems business – has promoted Brendan McGarrity to the role of Director for its Risk & Design business.
McGarrity joined Evolution in 2018 as Head of its Risk and Design division, leading the team to provide security design and specification services to third-party integrators, installers and clients. In 2020, McGarrity was recognised by the Security Industry by admission as a Chartered Security Professional to the Register.
Richard Lambert, Managing Director at Evolution, says the impact Brendan has made since joining the business made him the obvious choice for the role: “It is no exaggeration to say that since Brendan joined Evolution and we created a dedicated Evolution Risk & Design division, not only has the new business itself flourished and grown to be a much respected business in its own right, but Brendan has also made a significant contribution to the processes and successes we have seen in the other Evolution businesses in the UK and Ireland.
