Milestone Systems has named Hardip Sohi-Bains as the company’s new Chief People & Culture Officer.
After a strong HR career at Rambøll and Novo Nordisk in Denmark, Sohi-Bains will join Milestone Systems, a leading Danish global provider of data-driven video technology software in and beyond security.
“Hardip Sohi-Bains comes with solid global experience in the people first philosophy while managing organisational change, leadership and business,” said Thomas Jensen, CEO, Milestone Systems.

Milestone Systems develops and sells market leading video management software, used worldwide for everything from traffic management and airports to companies, schools and hospitals.
