Chubbsafes and Insafe continue safe storage partnership

Chubbsafes, part of the Gunnebo Safe Storage group, has continued its partnership with Insafe International Limited, with the two organisations working together on security solutions in response to changing industry requirements.

The long-standing collaboration is said to be built on a shared focus: Developing secure storage solutions that meet current demands while staying relevant as expectations change.

By closely tracking shifts in regulation, technology and user behaviour, the partnership has reportedly delivered solutions that combine durability with adaptability.

Chubbsafes systems can now support physical protection, integration, connectivity and live functionality reflecting how secure storage is evolving in both form and function.

“Responding to real-world challenges”

Simon Arthur, Managing Director, Insafe International commented:
”Our collaboration with Gunnebo Safe Storage and Chubbsafes has always been centred on very clear objectives, in responding to real-world challenges with practical, forward-thinking solutions, based on a historical legacy of partnership.

“We’ve seen growing global demand for secure storage that not only protects physical assets but also contributes to real-time operational insight, sustainability goals and compliance.

“As expectations evolve, it’s important we guide clients with adaptable solutions that meet today’s standards while remaining flexible enough to support future requirements.”

Secure storage solutions

The Chubbsafes brand, part of the Gunnebo Safe Storage portfolio and this year celebrating 190 years, has reportedly played a central role in this joint approach, offering solutions capable of integration, remote monitoring and lifecycle optimisation.

This is said to reflect a broader shift in the industry, where safes and secure storage systems must meet physical security standards and interact with wider systems, generate data insights and contribute to sustainability objectives.

The partnership’s strength, according to the companies, lies in its shared understanding of both immediate and long-term customer needs.

While many clients require swift deployment and operational reliability, the companies are reportedly also increasingly looking for systems that can evolve over time, remain compliant with changing regulations and offer measurable performance.

“Significant transformation”

Viktoria Lövberg, Commercial Director, Safes & Cabinets Europe, Gunnebo Safe Storage commented: “The safe storage industry is undergoing a significant transformation, driven by smart technology and environmental targets together with the need for system-level thinking.

“Our partnership with Insafe reflects a shared recognition that secure storage must now offer more than physical protection – it must be connected, compliant and capable of adapting to a rapidly changing world.

“This long-term collaboration allows us to bring meaningful, technically grounded solutions to the market in a way that supports both present and future requirements.”

Chubbsafes product range

The combined expertise of the companies has reportedly allowed the Chubbsafes product range to meet these expectations across banking, retail, commercial and private sectors.

As a result, the Chubbsafes brand is said to be continually evolving in line with industry needs, offering safe storage solutions that combine mechanical strength with digital intelligence.

Chubbsafes has articulated that the focus on integration and adaptability means these systems are increasingly seen as part of a wider infrastructure with active contributors to organisational resilience and strategic planning.
