Cloudview relishing the chance to reconnect with partners and customers at The Security Event 2022

April 4, 2022

The Security Event has arrived and the team at Cloudview cannot wait to meet up with existing partners and customers to discuss any new or existing projects they may have and how it can help make them a success.

Throughout the show, the team will continue to educate the market on the transition to cloud and will highlight how Cloudview can make such transitions simple and seamless.

The company is also excited to meet new customers to discuss the challenges they face with their existing video surveillance systems and examine how a cloud-based system can directly address the common challenges associated with on-premises recording.

In many instances, Cloudview can utilise existing analogue and/or IP cameras to enhance legacy CCTV systems and infrastructure, providing smart recording and analysis with minimal disruption and cost. To learn more on this and about retrofitting a security system to make it future-proof, Mark Gibson, Cloudview Head of Sales, will discuss exactly that in his presentation – ‘The Great CCTV Retrofit – Not!’ – 10.30 AM on Wednesday 6 April at the Security in Practice Theatre.

In addition – with compliance still a hot topic – the UK’s data regulator, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO), released new guidance last month to clarify the attempts to bring existing regulation on CCTV and surveillance up to date.

Cloudview’s secure cloud-based video surveillance platform addresses many of these compliance issues and its military grade encryption always safeguards the integrity and availability of visual data, providing legally admissible evidence when required.
