Comelit-PAC has appointed Stephen Tickle as its new Regional Sales Manager.
Tickle will focus on supporting PAC’s access control portfolio, with emphasis on delivering tailored solutions for the social housing sector.
Bringing more than 15 years of experience in the fire and security industry, Tickle is said to be able to offer an in-depth understanding of the evolving challenges faced by housing providers, installers and property managers.
Tickle said: “Rejoining PAC is a real opportunity to reconnect with the housing sector and help address the challenges it faces with practical, well-supported solutions.
“This role is about much more than just supplying systems – it’s about working alongside customers, understanding what they need from their access control and making sure what we provide genuinely supports their residents and teams.”
Tickle’s career history spans distribution, manufacturing and channel development, which is said to give him a valuable perspective on the full delivery cycle of access control solutions.
This covers everything from product development to specification and installation.
The new regional sales manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with new and existing customers, working alongside installer partners and supporting housing providers with access to technical expertise, training and ongoing system support.
