Corps Security has appointed Kathryn Fleming as Non-Executive Director, with over 20 years of senior finance experience and financial leadership as a CFO in complex, multi-entity organisations.
She is currently the CFO of the Devonshire Group and holds an NED role at FRP Advisory, alongside being a Trustee of Hampstead Theatre.
Fleming reportedly has a proven track record of leading intricate financial strategies, modernising reporting systems, managing risks, championing data-driven decisions and ensuring long-term stewardship of assets.
According to the company, Fleming builds and continuously improves financially resilient, future-fit organisations, with a particular focus on commercial finance, operational optimisation, investment oversight and multi-stakeholder reporting.
Under Fleming’s leadership, she has reportedly developed sustainable growth strategies across the legal, technology, security, retail and charity sectors.
With senior finance roles in both the private sector and charitable organisations, Corps Security has stated that Fleming has led large-scale transformation programmes, strengthening financial governance frameworks and overseeing significant capital and development investments.
Her portfolio is said to include positions at Control Risks, Eversheds Sutherland, Marks and Spencer and British Telecom.
Fleming will reportedly sit alongside the Corps board comprising: Chris Nickols, Chairman; Mike Bullock, Chief Executive Officer; Fiona Strens, Non-Executive Director and Paul Craggs, Chief Financial Officer.
