Detectnology to exhibit detection solutions at EPS 2026

This February, Detectnology will reportedly attend the Event Production Show (EPS) 2026, to showcase its latest weapons, threat and narcotic detection solutions for the live events sector.

At the show, Detectnology has articulated that it will present its full range of advanced detection equipment, share insight into current and emerging security trends and deliver on-site demonstrations for event organisers, venues and production teams.

Maintenance solutions

Visitors are said to be able to learn more about Detectnology’s long-term hire, service and maintenance solutions and how its flexible, scalable approach supports events of every size, from temporary installations to large-scale, high-security operations.

Delivering effective security

With more than 30 years’ experience, Detectnology has reportedly delivered security solutions for some of the world’s most high-profile events, including the RAF Fairford Air Show, European Ryder Cup events, the Olympic and Commonwealth Games, HM The Queen’s Jubilees, COP and G7 Summits, US Presidential visits and major UK festivals.

The appearance, according to the company, follows Detectnology’s recent recognition by manufacturing brand Garrett for Outstanding Entrance Screening System in a Sports Arena (2025), reinforcing its expertise in delivering effective, real-world screening solutions for high-footfall events.

“Innovation, flexibility and deep industry expertise”

Russell Moles, Managing Director, Detectnology said: “EPS is the perfect platform to demonstrate how Detectnology combines innovation, flexibility and deep industry expertise to support live events safely and efficiently.

“We’re looking forward to connecting with organisers, suppliers and industry peers, and showing why we’re trusted to deliver security at the highest level.”

Remove, Recycle, Refurbish

Detectnology has stated that sustainability plays an increasingly central role in its operations.

Its Remove, Recycle, Refurbish service is said to ensure 100% recycling of security equipment at end of life, while also supporting wider industry recycling initiatives, demonstrating that robust security and environmental responsibility can go hand in hand.

24/7 call-out support

The company has articulated that its team of security-cleared engineers provide 24/7 call-out support, with specialist expertise in fault-finding, repair, servicing and maintenance.

The business is said to continue to perform strongly, achieving over 50% year-on-year growth between November 2024 and October 2025, driven by increased demand across live events, government and high-security sectors.

Detectnology has stated that as an independent supplier, its recommendations are always based on the client’s needs and the application, rather than on manufacturer partnerships.
