Fortinet has announced the official opening of its London office and Customer Experience Centre.

According to the company, the milestone reflects its broader strategy to expand its presence across EMEA while supporting continued innovation and investment in the region.

London office

Located at 12 Moorgate, the company-owned office will serve as a strategic hub, enabling closer collaboration with customers and partners while providing a modern, purpose-built facility for employees.

With an investment of over $50M, the new company said the new site reflects Fortinet’s continued growth in the region, with the potential to support continued expansion over time.

The opening forms part of Fortinet’s wider EMEA strategy and follows recent investments across the region, including more than €50 million in a company-owned data center and Innovation Hub in Frankfurt, Germany and over €40 million in Fortinet’s first data centre in Madrid, Spain.

Fortinet explained that together, these facilities are strengthening service delivery, supporting closer engagement with partners and customers and expanding Fortinet’s operational footprint across key markets.

Customer Experience Centre (London)

Fortinet will also open a dedicated Customer Experience Centre (CEC) within the London office in June.

According to the company, the centre will provide an immersive, hands-on environment where customers can engage directly with Fortinet’s cybersecurity solutions, allowing organisations to explore relevant use cases, meet with experts and understand how Fortinet’s solutions can support their cybersecurity strategies.

The London office also integrates sustainability considerations through the use of renewable electricity and the reuse of existing furniture, helping to reduce its environmental impact.

“Having a dedicated, company-owned space here will enable closer collaboration with customers and partners across the region, providing a modern environment designed for innovation and future growth.

“The launch of our Customer Experience Centre further strengthens this by giving customers direct, hands-on access to our technology and expertise.

“Together, these investments demonstrate our long-term commitment to the region and our focus on delivering real, tangible value to the organisations we support,” he concluded.
