Fotech has appointed Susan Moritz to its leadership team in a newly created Chief Operating Officer role, effective immediately.
With experience in building and managing global teams, Moritz is a senior project and operations leader. She brings 20 years’ experience working in the specialist software and hospitality sectors, most recently as Senior Vice President of Operations for digital commerce agency Tryzens.

It is a crucial period for the company, which makes it an exciting time to join it,” said Moritz. “I am looking forward to working with the Fotech team to define an operational framework in order to implement standard global processes, to align ways of working and to focus on agile delivery methods.”

Moritz has a Master Certificate in Project Management from the Schulich School of Business at the University of York, and an MSc in International Hotel Management from the University of Surrey. She speaks German and French and lives in London.
