Healix International has announced three senior leadership appointments as part of strategic plans to scale the business worldwide.
According to the company, the appointments are part of a wider strategy to evolve the company’s global Assistance and Security operations, as well as reflecting its continued investment in leadership capability.
The appointments will ensure the company remains well positioned to meet increasing client demand across complex and fast‑moving risk environments, Healix added.
Anthony Coulton joins Healix International as Chief Financial Officer and brings more than 20 years’ experience leading finance functions with international, high-growth organisations.
Most recently, he served as VP Finance at Ideals Group Holdings, a global SaaS business.
Prior to this, Coulton was the Global Finance Director of TelmarHelixa Group and earlier in his career held senior finance roles within travel risk management services and at Transdev.
According to Healix, he will work closely with the executive leadership team at Healix International to support growth initiatives, strengthen financial governance and enable strategic decision‑making across the business.
Alongside this appointment, Enrique Gomez has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer – Assistance, and David Geddes has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer – Security.
In their expanded roles, Gomez and Geddes will lead the continued development of Healix International’s Assistance and Security operations globally, overseeing operational performance, service delivery and capability building as the organisation scales.

Healix explained that these leadership appointments come at a time of continued growth for the company as it invests in strengthening its operational depth, leadership structure and global footprint to better support clients operating in increasingly complex healthcare, travel and security environments.
