razorblue builds on its presence in the North West

razorblue is strengthening its presence in the North West due to the tech boom as it continues its ambitious regional expansion plans.

Following the successful opening of razorblue’s Manchester office in Salford Quays last year, the company has set an ambitious target to double its North West operations.

This expansion includes further acquisitions as well as employing 20 additional people to join its team over the next 12-18 months.

The company intends to recruit local talent in IT support, cybersecurity, sales and project management roles.

razorblue set to join a thriving market for tech growth

According to the company, the Manchester tech scene has become a prime destination for businesses, with substantial investment driving digital innovation in the region.

“Perfect place for us to expand”

Dan Kitchen, CEO, razorblue said: “Our move to Salford Quays is a strategic one, Manchester is a thriving tech hub and we see tremendous opportunities here.

“With a wealth of talent and significant investment in the sector, it’s the perfect place for us to expand and strengthen our presence,” Kitchen finalised.

Kitchen, who has led the company through impressive growth over the past five years, sees this move as a crucial step in razorblue’s continued growth strategy.

A people-first approach to technology

razorblue says that it distinguishes itself by building tailored IT strategies for customers rather than just providing tech solutions.

With a customer-centric approach, the company prides itself on bringing a human touch to technology, ensuring businesses receive personalised service and expert support.

The company articulates that its commitment to local service ensures that an engineer is never more than an hour away from any client and with 24/7 operations, razorblue reinforces its dedication to reliability and responsiveness.

Future growth plans and community impact

Commenting on the company’s future growth plans, Kitchen said: “With the Manchester tech scene expected to experience exponential growth, it is projected to be the North West’s fastest-growing sector over the next three years.

“At razorblue, we’re excited to be a part of this growth. Our expansion strategy in the North West is driven by a focus on acquisitions, as we actively seek opportunities to accelerate our growth.”

“Targeting local businesses”

Kitchen continued: “To achieve our objectives, we’re targeting local businesses within the region, focusing on those that will greatly benefit from our expert services.”

razorblue shares that it has recently collaborated with client Jensten to provide laptops to a charity in Rwanda, showcasing its commitment to making a positive impact in the community.
