Redsquid, an IT Managed Services provider, has completed its 5th acquisition of 2025 with the acquisition of Cyberseer.
Redsquid, a B-corps certified technology provider, has shared that the acquisition will now position them as the only Managed Service Provider offering a fully integrated Security Operations Centre (SOC) and 24/7 Managed Detection and Response (MDR) capability powered by ASPECT, Cyberseer’s proprietary automation platform.

To strengthen its cybersecurity leadership, Adrian Hunt, Co-Founder and Director of Cyberseer, joins Redsquid as Chief Security Officer (CSO), an appointment that aims to signal the company’s continued commitment to building an innovation-driven, automation-led security operation.
In parallel, Redsquid is expanding its development team to maintain and enhance its proprietary IP, ensuring continuous improvement and agility across its cybersecurity ecosystem.
