A security firm has donated a cashbox to a foodbank.
The company received a request from Wells Foodbank and Coastal Community Supermarket for security support.
It was made by Burg-Wächter UK’s under a community help scheme.
The box has an electronic lock plus three combination locking bolts.
Helen Roythorne, Community Supermarket Coordinator said: “Applying for the equipment was really easy. We needed to be able to store funds securely, and it was important that we could adequately protect stock at our base.”
