Autonomous cybersecurity AI company, Darktrace, have recently announced Sir Peter Bonfield CBE, FREng as a Non-Executive Director.
Sir Bonfield – who brings over 50 years of experience to the company’s Board of Directors – has worked across the international technology sector and is currently Chairman of Netherlands-based semiconductor company, NXP. He is also Director and Chair of Audit at TSMC, Taiwan, and sits on the Board of Imagination Technologies in the UK.
Having served on the boards of 12 international companies including Sony, Ericsson and AstraZeneca, Sir Bonfield was also CEO of BT Group, Chairman and CEO of ICL plc and Deputy CEO of STC plc.
Speaking about the appointment, he remarked: “I look forward to joining Darktrace, the most transformational leader in the AI cyber security industry.
