Vemotion Interactive, the ‘plug and play’ live video streaming solutions service for systems integrators and OEM solutions providers, has relocated its European head office to West Yorkshire.
Based in Aberford, ten miles from Leeds, the new HQ can take advantage of links to the A1 and M1 motorways.
The company hopes the move will help in customer support, training and warehousing to cope with the increasing demand for Vemotion’s streaming software and hardware solutions.
Vemotion’s public sector business remains strong with sales to local councils, emergency services, government agencies and military of live streaming HD video GPRS, 3G, 4GLTE, 5G, Wi-Fi and satellite network transmission products.
But it has been a mixed picture for private sector projects.
CEO Steve Haworth said: “We have seen activity in the streaming video sector really ramp up latterly, so much so that we are currently recruiting for engineering and support roles.
“We are delighted to address the increase in demand for our range of low bandwidth video streaming products with a relocation to our new premises.
“From the new office base, we plan to further support our integrators and end user customers.”
