Videx UK has revealed its latest partnership with CSL Group to integrate CSL’s SIMs across its GSM product portfolio.
According to the company, the agreement sees CSL’s connectivity deployed as standard within Videx’s 4G GSM intercom systems, covering door entry, single-entrance installations and larger multi-apartment developments.
The integration is intended to provide installers with resilient, managed mobile connectivity designed for security and access control applications.
By aligning its GSM estate with CSL’s managed services, Videx explained that it intends to provide a consistent connectivity approach across residential and commercial applications where uptime is critical.
CSL stated that its SIMs are available for the UK’s main operator networks and are supported by CSL’s industry technical back up, enabling monitoring and control of deployed connections.
By embedding this capability within its GSM range, Videx highlighted that it aims to reduce the risk of network related issues while simplifying activation and ongoing support for installation partners.
Dan Kennerley, Head of Sales & Business Development at Videx UK said: “Deploying CSL’s connectivity across our 4G GSM range reinforces our commitment to delivering secure, dependable access control systems that installers and end users can rely on.
“With CSL management support behind our GSM products, we are able to offer greater operational continuity and confidence across a wide range of projects,” Kennerley added.
John Coleman, Sales Director for CSL Group said: “By standardising on CSL’s connectivity for its GSM portfolio, Videx is ensuring its range remains future-ready as mobile network technologies evolve.
“Installers and integrators will benefit from a seamless setup process, backed by visibility and support across both Videx hardware and CSL connectivity services.
“Together we’re helping customers protect continuity, improve coverage and deploy at scale with confidence,” Coleman concluded.
