Irisity has appointed Peter Greener as UK and Ireland Sales Director.
The company, which specialises in AI-powered video analytics solutions, says Greener will be leading its expansion in the UK and Ireland, a key market for the business as it builds a global network of users, resellers and partners.
With over 20 years of experience in security, Greener started his career with Norbain Security and spent many years with open platform VMS provider Milestone Systems, most recently as Key Account Manager, Northern Europe, where he worked with large end users and consultants.
“I am excited to be leading Irisity’s expansion in the UK and Ireland”, said Greener. “These markets have traditionally led the way in adopting video surveillance technology, so I am keen to build on growing interest in AI and analytics through Irisity’s IRIS+ AI Open Video Platform, which can deliver video analytics at scale, with ease.

According to Irisity, IRIS+ works with any camera, integrates with a range of VMS solutions and combines personalised AI based on real life video feeds, as well as the highest detection accuracy. It can be used as part of a cloud-based, on premise or hybrid solution.
